About Us
Philip and Jill Ringler, husband and wife team extraordinaire, opened Ringler Studios in 2009. As artists themselves, they understand the amount of organization and documentation it takes to be an artist or collector. Our clients receive individualized solutions, as well as the benefit of education, to maintain a career as an artist or ensure the longevity of their collections. We work with Bay Area artists, both established and emerging, students, galleries, collectors, performers and musicians.
Philip has over 15 years of professional experience as a photographer. He has worked as a photo-editor and contributor to major publications, documenting everything from live events to installations. In addition to his commercial background he holds a BFA and MFA in photography and has worked as a curator for several years. He creates large-scale, black and white, fine art photographs and has a gift for teaching others the philosophy and technical skills of photography. Jill is an artist with a BFA in fine art and art history. She has a natural gift for organization and takes pride in creating harmonious environments to help keep inspiration high and chaos low.
